MEET THE LLA FAMILY
MISS DEBBIE
OWNER/DIRECTOR
Miss Debbie is a true ambassador for early childhood education. Since opening LLA in 2009, she researches and selects curriculum, guides each detail from daily schedules to learning tools to classroom set ups, as well as empowers and leads staff in their growth as educators. A lifelong learner herself, Miss Debbie earned at B.A. in Early Childhood Education, a Master's Degree in Child Development and Curriculum Planning and Instruction, and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, all in efforts to advocate for high quality and accessible early childhood education for children and their families. Debbie celebrates all students and is a compassionate and positive force! She is at once a leader, mentor, peacemaker and cheerleader.
MR. DOMENIC is partner to Miss Debbie in life and as owner of LLA. Both share the same dedication to LLA's community of parents, students and staff. Mr. Domenic is hands-on at LLA in assuring daily operations run smoothly, and also leads maintenance and cleaning ~ let it be known, Mr. Dom has super high standards! Anything that needs fixing, or when a teacher has a request for the classroom, Mr. Dom is the guy.
MISS KRYSTYNA
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/TEACHER
Miss Krystyna comes to us with over 20 years of experience in preschool education. Her easy going nature, extensive knowledge of child development and behavior, plus her ability to keep our learning environment light and playful - and also keep our operations running smoothly - make her a huge asset to LLA! Miss Krystyna is also a mom of two. She's here to support LLA's daily operations, our teachers, our students AND our amazing LLA families - she's a busy bee!
MISS DONNA
HEAD TEACHER
Miss Donna has been teaching pre-kindergarten for over 30 years. She has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and has experience in all facets of the childcare field. Donna has an uplifting and supportive personality that inspires greatness. Her focus in the classroom is to support and encourage children to love learning. She is passionate about the field of ECE and is amazing at finding and celebrating each child's unique learning style.
MISS KATEYLN
TEACHER
Miss Katelyn leads our Blue Room, our youngest learners. Sometimes called Miss Pippin by our loving staff, she is a natural in guiding classroom learning and supporting each child individually as well. She shines here at LLA!
MISS TIANNA
TEACHER
Miss Tianna of our Green Room thrives on the joy she gets working with children! She has a huge loving family, and brings the most joyous tone to all she does. Teaching with kindness, understanding and patience make her a start. Her biggest accomplishment to date? Beating cancer!
MISS DORETTA
TEACHER
Miss Doretta leads our Gold Room, and loves leading the children through learning through play! Her patience and calm demeanor is an asset to us! When not at work, Miss Doretta likes shop, visit amusement parks and laugh like a child!
MISS MADDIE
TEACHER
Miss Maddie has been with LLA for a few years and we just love her fun nature! She co-leads our Purple Room Miss Maddie teaches with love, patience, silliness and makes learning fun!

Creativity, energy, encouragement and warm hearts are hallmarks of all of our assistant teachers! All of our assistant teachers share a love of children and sincere joy in helping our students learn and grow, and each brings their own unique strengths to complement the lead teachers. All of our staff continues to work toward education and professional development to deliver all they can to our LLA families and their communities.
