Expertise and Family

A Note from Dr. Deb

Hi, I’m Dr. Deb Zupito, proud Executive Director of Little Learning Academy and Founder of Treehouse Minds. I’m a parent coach, early childhood advocate, and longtime educator with a deep love for helping children and families thrive.

My philosophy is grounded in connection, compassion, and science-backed best practices. I believe in supporting the whole child and the whole family. Whether it’s helping a toddler find their words during a meltdown or guiding a parent through a tough season, my work centers on real growth, real relationships, and real support.

Children are naturally curious and wildly capable. When we nurture that, when we lead with respect and empathy, we’re not just educating children we’re shaping a better world.

At LLA, we’re raising thinkers, feelers, explorers, and doers. We’re creating a space where children learn with joy, grow with love, and leave with confidence.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your family’s journey!
Real Support for Real Life Parenting

Yes, there is an expert guide to parenting!

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but Treehouse Minds was created to come pretty close. As a certified parent coach and Doctor of Education with decades of experience in early childhood development, I offer personalized, practical support for parents navigating the messy, beautiful, sometimes overwhelming early years.

Through Treehouse Minds, I help families build strong foundations in connection, emotional regulation, and developmentally appropriate expectations. Whether you’re managing meltdowns, worried about social skills, or just feeling stuck, I offer tools, guidance, and coaching tailored to your family’s needs.

Parent coaching is not therapy, it’s a thought partnership. It’s the space where we sort through the chaos, reconnect to your parenting values, and create sustainable strategies that work in your real life with your real child.

There are many options to receive guidance. You don’t have to figure it all out alone!
